Alpine Mountain Ranch Steamboat

Alpine Mountain Ranch is a 1,216 acre LPS at the base of the Ski area bounded by Catamount to the south & Priest Creek Ranch to the east. It will have incredible views, amentities like a lodge/rec center, trails, fishing pond & horse barn but feel like you are in a preserve. The site is home to extensive wildlife with ~900 acres of open space so both the current and new residents can enjoy their homes. 63 homesites of about 5 acres each will be grouped to minimize their impact.
